Dr. Oluwatoyin Mary Yerokun (MNCS, CITP/MCPN, FCIP, MTRCN) bagged her Doctorate degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering in 2021 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra state.

With over twenty-five (25) years in academics, she has served and still serving in academic communities at various capacities, contributing to their growth and development. She was once the ICT Director at FCE(T) Asaba, Delta State and Acting Head, Department of Computing, Wellspring University, Benin City. Presently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, she has over forty-five publications in local and international reputable indexed journals and has led/participated in several research in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Remote Sensing, and Computer Security.

She is a public speaker at conferences and seminars (academic and religious), educational consultant and counselor. She is an active member of Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN), Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) and Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Yerokun is well known for her dedication to excellence and balanced family life, committed to mentoring and nurturing the younger generation, especially the female gender.  She is married  and blessed with children.
